• Increases Weapon Damage of caster by 314.6.
• Cannot be modified except by direct means
• This effect can only trigger once every 10.0 - 15.0 seconds.
• Increases Ability Mod of caster by 576,722.6.
• Increases Potency of caster by 2,536.8.
• Cannot be modified except by direct means
