A tall Ratonga, that's for sure, Frills reaches almost a head above most of them. Originally hailing for Freeport (Temple Street, of course) and with a temper to match; gruff, direct and with little patience.
These days more seen in Qeynos, legally, with a lot more scars to show for it; her right eye blind and whited out, and snout bearing large clawmarks across it most visibly. Dating from before or during, and after her escape- running with the Vagabond Knights whose insignia she bears proudly.
