After discovering the Tegi artifact, I should learn more about the strange creatures within the Wracklands.

I should learn what I can about the different colors and their representation within the tegi tribes in Wracklands.

Speak to the "red" tegi and find out about the red color and what it means (in Wracklands)

Speak to the "light-blue" tegi and find out about the light-blue color and what it means (in Wracklands)

Speak to the "grey and brown" tegi and find out about the grey and brown color and what it means (in Wracklands)

I am to see if one of the high shaman of the wind, fire, or stone tegi tribes will speak with me in Wracklands.
