I have spoken with a mermaid on the coast of Kylong Plains. She says that she has knowledge regarding the Charm's Way, and how to restore its intended power. I am to gather certain parts of the weapon that have been lost over the years, and she will help me put the Charm's Way back together. I must gather a Trinket of Swiftness from the creature known as Pawbuster, a Circlet of Cunning from the beast called Leviathan, and a Gem of Grace from a dragon known as Xygoz.

I must collect the parts necessary to repair the Charm's Way.

I must find the Trinket of Swiftness, which is with the creature known as Pawbuster. (in The Execution Throne Room)

I must collect the Circlet of Cunning, which is with a beast called The Leviathan. (in The Chamber of Destiny)

I must find the item called the Gem of Grace, which is with a dragon known as Xygoz. (in Veeshan's Peak)

I have collected the items that were requested, and must return to the mermaid.

I have collected all of the items that the mermaid requested. I must now return these baubles to her. (in Kylong Plains)
