Upon slaying a very large ice drake you noticed the talon of the creature to be of superb quality. There may be a use of such talons by the Frostfoot goblins. You should collect a large number of them and present them to the Frostfoots to see if you can get some sort of reward from it.
Gather more ice drake talons as they might be valuable to one of the frostfoot goblins.
