Acquire the components for the ghoul slaying weapon for Gogas Afadin. You also must bring back the head of the beast called Kassar, which is found in the Mistmoore Catacombs.
Acquire one Enchanted Azurite Capillary. This is created by Transmuters. (in Nektulos Forest)
Acquire 6 Phosphorescent Pearls. Deep Spawn Consorts in the Loping Plains sometimes carry them. (in Loping Plains)

Return to Gogas Afadin with the components he requested. You will also need to pay 20 gold pieces for his services.
