The Capture of the Living Flow

I have discovered an empty urn that is adorned with images of water elementals. I imagine that this urn is designed to contain the living flow of these creatures. The urn is large and cumbersome. I can carry only one at a time.

Repeatable

I need to destroy the water spirits to gain the "living flow" magic water.

I need to try and collect magic water from the elementals known as water spirits. (in New Tunaria (Felwithe))
