Tal'il Amhenti, the Quellithulian Portal Scholar behind the construction of the teleportation spires in Obol Plains, claims that there remains only a single aspect of the spires that was severely damaged by the Gehein - ethereal threads. He has asked that I use the Ethereal Mender he has provided to bind the threads to these spires.

By using the ethereal mender on a torn thread and then a severed thread, I'll bind them together, repairing the ethereal tears around Incantatory Apex.
Use the Ethereal Mender to bind the broken ethereal threads (in Obol Plains)
I must return to Tal'il Amhenti at the Incantatory Apex encampment.
