It seems that Rhodoqiz's jealous sisters have trapped her in a cage somewhere out in the wilderness so she won't be able to attend the Jinisk Social. I need to find her, defeat whatever guards they may have posted, and then release her. The Spectral Godmother saw them dragging her north through the pass toward the Lake of Dismay. Once I have returned her to her Godmother, I should help them with last minute preparations for the ball.
