•  Dispels 93 levels of physical, elemental, noxious, arcane, heat, cold, magic, mental, divine, disease, poison, slash, crush and pierce hostile effects on caster
•  Increases Multi Attack of caster by 5.0.
•  Makes target immune to Fear effects
•  Must not be engaged in pvp combat
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
