•  On any combat or spell hit this spell may cast Greater Siphoning Eulogy on target of attack. Lasts for 15.0 seconds. Triggers about 2.2 times per minute.
•  Inflicts 886 - 979 piercing damage on target instantly and every 3 seconds.
•  Heals caster for 970 - 1,072 instantly and every 3 seconds.
•  Increases Crit Bonus of caster by 5.0.
•  Must not be engaged in pvp combat
•  Cannot be modified except by direct means
