• Increases Flurry Multiplier of caster by 0.9, if at least 4 increments multiplied by increment stacks.
• Increases Fervor of caster by 14.1, if at least 6 increments multiplied by increment stacks.
• Dispels when combat ends.
• Cannot be modified except by direct means
• This effect can only trigger once every 15.0 - 30.0 seconds.
